With combination of our TC038 temperature controller, our oven is designed specifically for tuning and conditioning the periodically poled bulk devices (PPLN & PP-MgO:LN) and other nonlinear crystals. Our oven consists of inner copper base & chip holder for better heat transmission while the outer housing is composed of Teflon body and removable cover with special air-gap design for maintaining the heat uniformity and ease of beam alignment as well. The oven is also designed to hold the crystal chip with various dimensions from 1.0 mm up to 50 mm in length for different combination of chip width and thickness. Custom made oven is also available for non-standard chip dimension, special purpose applications or requirement for better temperature stability.
